Lucy stood on the shore line naked after escapeing the lab unnoticed. Ignoreing the states she walked forward and let her vectors come out. One grabbed a mans head who was talking and pulled it off. It dangled infront of the people faces and they got up screaming. Only to be stopped by having their legs forceivly torn from their bodies by her vectors.
